1. Create a new 1920x1080 blank document in PS and name it "Taobao Home Page Background Image". If you want a solid color, you can directly fill it with the color you want. If you want to make it a background image , you can also drag the picture you want to make into it.

2. Then create a new 950x1080 document, double-click the background layer, turn it into a normal layer, and fill it with a color.

3. Drag this document to the previously created Taobao homepage background image, place it in the middle, and drag the image you want to use as the background to an image above this background layer. Layer, click out the eyes of the green layer, export a jpeg picture, and upload it to the picture space.

4. Click the Edit button in the navigation bar and click the "Display Settings" button.
