1. Accept the employment of state organs, enterprises, institutions, schools, social organizations and citizens as perennial legal advisers and invited legal advisers;

2. Accept the employment of foreign companies and foreign-invested enterprises as perennial legal advisers and invited legal advisers;

3. Entrusted by the parties, to handle civil legal acts related to economy and technology such as finance, insurance, property transfer, lease, mortgage, industrial and commercial registration, trademark registration, tax payment, patent application and equity transfer;

4. Accept the entrustment of the parties in economic, civil and administrative cases, act as agents and participate in mediation, litigation and arbitration activities;

5. Accept the entrustment of the defendant in a criminal case and act as a defender;

6. Accept the entrustment of criminal suspects and provide them with legal advice;

7. Answering legal advice on economic, civil, administrative, criminal and foreign-related cases;

8. Accept the entrustment, provide legal opinions and suggestions for related businesses, and issue legal opinions;

9. Write complaints and arbitration applications on behalf of others; Drafting contracts, agreements and other legal documents; Statement by the person in charge;

10. Handle other legal affairs entrusted by the parties.
