(2) Go directly to the Trademark Registration Hall (Beijing) of the Trademark Office to apply.

Processing steps:

(1) If entrusting a trademark agency to handle the matter, the applicant can voluntarily choose any nationally recognized trademark agency to handle the matter.

(2) If the applicant goes directly to the Trademark Registration Hall of the Trademark Office, you can follow the following steps: Trademark query → Prepare application documents → Submit application documents at the acceptance window of the Trademark Registration Hall → Print the bar code at the coding window → Pay the trademark registration fee at the payment window → The Trademark Office will issue the "Notice of Acceptance" in about four months → If approved, the certificate will be issued in about two years.

Inquiry before application (optional procedure):

Currently, it takes more than 2 years from application to approval of registration for a trademark. If the trademark registration application is rejected, on the one hand, the trademark registration fee will be lost, and on the other hand, it will take about 2 years to re-apply for a registered trademark, and it is still unknown whether the re-application will be approved for registration. Therefore, before applying for a registered trademark, it is best for applicants to conduct a trademark search to understand the status of prior rights, and then make a judgment based on the search results before submitting the application.

Preparation of information:

1. Find an agency to apply, and only prepare a copy of your ID card (or business license) and an electronic file of the trademark pattern;

2. Handle by yourself: (can be downloaded from China Trademark Online): a trademark application form, a copy of personal ID card (or business license copy), 6 trademark drawings (each no larger than 10*10CM) , no smaller than 5*5CM), the original ID card of the person in charge.

Two: Apply to the state: Trademark registration needs to be applied by class. Within a class of 10 product names or service items, the trademark registration application fee is 1,000 for each item.
