(1) Trademark inquiry and analysis

Conduct trademark inquiry according to the entrustment of customers, and provide customers with targeted professional analysis and suggestions based on the design characteristics, usage and overseas business promotion plan of customers' trademarks to help customers reduce protection costs and improve protection effects.

(2) Submitting an application

According to the protection scheme determined through discussion with the customer, after strict examination of all materials, the trademark registration application documents will be made for the customer, and the relevant application documents will be submitted according to the requirements of the country in the quickest way.

(3) Formal examination

After receiving an application for trademark registration, the examination organ will conduct a formal examination of the application documents, and those that meet the requirements will be awarded the application date and application number.

(4) substantive examination

The examination organ conducts substantive examination on the legality and registrability of trademark applications that have passed the formal examination, and will reject those that do not meet the requirements.

(5) Publication of an announcement

An announcement will be made on the trademark application that meets the requirements after substantive examination, and anyone can raise an objection within the 6-day announcement period.

(6) Issuance of registration certificate

A trademark application that has not been challenged by others at the expiration of the announcement period, or a trademark application that has been ruled to be registered after objection, will be approved for registration and obtain a trademark registration certificate.
