Note--Azo dyes and nickel compounds

The import and sale of products containing azo dyes and nickel compounds to Germany are Strictly prohibited. Suppliers shall ensure that manufacturers of goods shipped are not involved in the following practices or activities: child labor in mining, unhealthy or slave-like production methods, forced labor or employment of prisoners.

The materials constituting each item must be specified in detail; clothing sewing trademarks should be in the following languages: German, English, Spanish, and French. Packaging material is non-textile; follow special instructions specified for each individual order. If the trademark and price of the goods are incorrect, we will deduct 3% of the supplier's sales price as compensation.

The place of execution and arbitration court of these Terms: Dortmund/Germany.
