The new provisions of the Trademark Law include: 1. Amended Article 4, Paragraph 1, Article 19, Paragraph 3, Article 19, Paragraph 3 and The content of paragraph 1 of Article 44. 2. Add two paragraphs to Article 63 as the fourth and fifth paragraphs respectively; 3. Modify the first paragraph of Article 68 to the third paragraph; add one paragraph as the fourth paragraph.
