Article 9 Liability Guarantee
9.1 Party B shall properly handle disputes with exhibitors. 15.6 If force majeure occurs and the performance of this contract needs to be delayed, the parties shall separately negotiate for delayed performance and sign a supplementary agreement. If both parties cannot reach an agreement on delayed performance, the matter shall be resolved in accordance with Articles 15.4 and 15.5.
