Property refers to the material wealth such as money, materials, houses and land; State property, private property, rights with monetary value and protected by law. Generally speaking, there are three kinds of property, namely movable property, immovable property and intellectual property (intellectual property). The effectiveness of property preservation is not indefinite, but generally lasts until the date when the judgment comes into effect and the court applies for execution. The preservation period of different kinds of property is also different, and only a certain period can be maintained after each preservation measure is taken; If the sealing or freezing measures are not taken at the expiration date, the preservation measures will automatically become invalid. Therefore, after the court takes protective measures, we should continue to pay attention to the expiration time of protective measures. If it is necessary to continue to take renewal measures, it is best to apply to the court 3 days before the expiration of the time limit, and the court will arrange renewal in time.
