Exceptions are made under one of the following circumstances: (1) With the consent of the intergovernmental international organization. To apply the provisions of this article, the applicant shall submit relevant supporting documents. (2) Except for those that have clear other meanings or specific forms of expression, so that they are not likely to mislead the public. 2. (1) If the text composition, graphic appearance or combination of the trademark and the name or pattern of "Red Cross" or "Red Crescent" are basically visually indistinguishable, it will be determined to be the same as the name or logo. (2) If the text composition and graphic appearance of a trademark are enough to cause the public to mistake it for the name or pattern of "Red Cross" or "Red Crescent", it will be determined to be the same name or symbol as "Red Cross" or "Red Crescent" approximate.
