1. Search on Baidu and log in to the China Trademark Network of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

2. Click on the top function in the new interface. Here you can check whether the same or similar trademark has been registered.

3. To fill in the international classification number in the first box of the trademark search interface, Arabic numerals should be entered, starting from 1. If you don’t know what the classification number is, you can click to view product classification help.

4. In the drop-down menu of query method, you can choose the query method, such as querying Chinese characters, pinyin, numbers, graphics, etc. The following options will be different depending on the selection here.

5. After selecting Chinese characters, many choices will appear below, and you can check them. You need to make appropriate choices based on your actual query requirements.

6. After all the above settings are completed, you need to enter the specific content to be queried, as shown in the figure below:

7. After confirming that all parameters are set correctly and fill in the verification code , you can click the automatic query button.
