Ingredients
200 grams of grass carp meat, 80 grams of Cantonese A dish, 1/2 fried dough sticks, 5 grams of green onions, a little cooked white sesame seeds, 1 can of Niutou brand original stock, 400 water ㏄, 1/8 tsp white pepper, 1/4 tsp sesame oil
Method
1. Wash the Guangdong A vegetables, cut into thick shreds and place in a soup bowl, cut the fried dough sticks into small slices and spread Serve on Guangdong A dish and set aside.
2. Cut grass carp into thin slices and place them on top of Step 1. Chop green onions and sprinkle cooked white sesame seeds on top of the fish slices.
3. Add water to Niutou brand original stock and bring to boil. Add remaining seasonings and mix well.
4. While it is boiling, slowly pour the broth from Step 3 into the bowl of Step 2.
