Article 34 of the "Trademark Law" stipulates that a trademark registration applicant may apply to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board for review within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the notice for a trademark that has been rejected or not announced. What is mentioned here is 15 days, not working days. Therefore, the Spring Festival period will still be counted.
You need to submit a trademark review application to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board within 15 days from the date of receipt of the trademark rejection notice. If the 15th day is a legal holiday or rest day, it will be postponed to the next working day.
