(1) Preparation

(2) In the column of "Website Online Registration", complete the registration as required.

C. For applications that meet the requirements for filing, the main contents of the website’s filing will be announced within 5 working days from the acceptance of the application. The announcement period is 30 days.

D. During the announcement period, if any unit or individual has objections to the announced business website registration application, they may submit a written objection statement to the bureau directly under the XX Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce.

(1) The name is the same as the name of the enterprise or individual industrial and commercial household established by the claimant.

(2) It is the same as or similar to the name of the website that has been registered by the claimant, which may cause misunderstanding by others.

(3) Use of a well-known trademark owned by the claimant, or the text part of a famous trademark (including Chinese, English and Chinese Pinyin or its abbreviation).

(4) Claim and have evidence to prove that the information provided by the website applying for registration is untrue.

(5) Claim and have evidence to prove that the claimant has ownership of the website applying for registration.

E. Objection handling.

(1) For valid objections with sufficient evidence, the bureau directly under the XX Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce will suspend the application filing process for the relevant website.

(2) If there is an objection to the ownership of the website or the website name, the objecting party shall file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction to determine the ownership of the website name within 3 months from the date of raising the objection

6. Remarks

(1) Registration applications for commercial websites using the following names will not be accepted:

(a) Website name and registered business Sex website names are duplicated.

(b) Using a website name less than 1 year after the registration expired.

(2) It is not allowed to fraudulently use the registration electronic logo of the commercial website of the bureau directly under the XX Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce.
