Many clothes tags have "TM" on them. What does this mean?
TM is the abbreviation of TRADE MARK, which means "business mark" and is generally called "trademark". In China, the capital "TM" in the upper right corner of the commodity name indicates that the trademark is being accepted for registration and has not yet obtained a trademark certificate. Marking "circle R" in the upper right corner indicates that this trademark has been registered and obtained a trademark certificate.
