When applying for collective trademark registration directly, in addition to submitting the "Trademark Registration Application" filled out and printed in accordance with the regulations and stamped with the applicant's official seal, trademark pattern, and a copy of the identity document (confirmed by the applicant's seal ), the collective trademark use management rules, the list of collective members, etc. should also be submitted.
