(19) Establish standardized and institutionalized government-enterprise communication channels. Implement the work system for leading cadres to contact private enterprises and chambers of commerce, listen to the opinions and suggestions of enterprises on enterprise-related policies, and study and solve the difficulties and problems encountered by private enterprises in the production and operation. The Federation of Industry and Commerce, entrepreneur associations and industry associations and chambers of commerce should play the role of bridges and links and organize regular forums and visits with entrepreneurs. Support outstanding private entrepreneurs to work part-time in group organizations. Give full play to the role of the joint conference system for legal rights protection services for private entrepreneurs. Improve the corporate chief service officer system for "one-on-one" assistance and "point-to-point" services in key industrial parks and key enterprises. Establish a classified and rapid disposal mechanism for business-related complaints and reports, seriously investigate and deal with the behavior of asking for money, asking for bribes and accepting bribes from private enterprises, and resolutely prevent power-for-money transactions, commercial bribery and other issues from damaging government-business relations and the business environment.
(20) Improve the formulation and implementation mechanism of enterprise-related policies. Establish and improve the mechanism for entrepreneurs to participate in the formulation of enterprise-related policies, and enhance the scientific, normative and coordinated nature of enterprise-related policies. Open a supervision and reporting channel in the government service hall to accept the supervision of entrepreneurs and the public on the implementation of enterprise-related policies. Recruit private entrepreneurs as policy implementation and enterprise-related service supervision specialists to promote the implementation of enterprise-related policies. Maintain the stability and continuity of enterprise-related policies, and if it is really necessary to adjust policies based on public interests, set up a reasonable buffer transition period.
(21) Innovate the service model of private enterprises. Promote the standardization of government service items, compile and make public a list of government service items, standardized work procedures and service guidelines. Integrate the early stage approval systems for projects scattered in various departments into the autonomous region government service integrated platform. Realize that the registration of enterprise investment projects will be accepted by the Government Service Center through "one window" and completed within 5 working days. Establish a "good or bad evaluation" system for the district's government services and publish the evaluation results to the public.
