How to cancel someone else's trademark?
Trademark revocation includes three situations:

1. Because it violates the trademark law.

Has been revoked. There are three situations:

(1) Due to trademark rights.

The owner changes the words and figures of a registered trademark by himself or changes the registered items such as the name and address of the registrant by himself;

(2) Transferring a registered trademark by itself, or stopping using the registered trademark for three consecutive years. In this regard, the Trademark Office has the right to revoke the registered trademark.

2. Withdraw the dispute. According to China's Trademark Law, if the trademarks disputed by several parties are identical or similar, the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board shall decide to cancel and register the trademarks of the parties concerned.
