The French Federation of Independent Winemakers consists of 32 regional alliance organizations from all wine producing areas in France. According to the articles of association of independent brewers, each independent brewer can only operate grape varieties within his own land, and planting, harvesting, brewing, bottling and tasting must be completed independently by the manor.
It is precisely because of the strict restrictions of independent winemakers in the whole production process that not only the quality of the wines they produce is well guaranteed, but also the original local flavor of the wines of their origin is well preserved, so the wines they brew are of superior quality.
Only members of the Independent Brewers' Union can use the logo of independent brewers on the bottles, labels or corks they brew. This symbol symbolizes the work of a group of responsible, enthusiastic and creative professionals, and also proves that the wine is a high-quality wine brewed by strictly implementing the regulations of independent winemakers.
