Since the second phase of the trademark registration and management automation system was put into operation, our bureau found that the Notice of Correction of Trademark Registration Application returned by some trademark agencies was not corrected according to our bureau's requirements, which could not meet the requirements of the second phase of the project and had a negative impact on trademark registration. In order to standardize the rectification of trademark registration applications, relevant matters are hereby notified as follows in view of the outstanding problems existing in the rectification work:
First, use a printer to print the corrected contents in the corresponding position of the Notice of Correction of Trademark Registration Application.
Second, in the process of calibration should pay attention to the following points:
(a) if the goods or services need to be deleted, the words "agreed to delete" shall be marked to confirm the deletion.
(two) the corrected goods or services shall be limited to the corresponding scope of the goods or services originally required to be corrected, and shall not be changed or added at will.
(three) the modified goods or services should be one-to-one correspondence with the goods or services before the modification, so as to facilitate the continuation of the review work.
(4) If it is necessary to attach a description of goods or services, the words "Attached Description" shall be marked in the column that needs to be corrected, and the corresponding description shall be attached (on A4 paper).
Three, the correction content is more, can not be written on the notice of correction, you can directly attach a page (A4 paper), and indicate the words "attached page" or "see attached page" in the column of correction.
4. The signature of the agent or the seal of the agency shall be uniformly located at the lower right of the corrected content, and the corrected content shall not be covered.
Five, return the blank notice of correction, as not corrected, the original application is invalid, the application date will not be retained.
You should fill in the original wrong content "starch food 300064" in the corresponding box on the left, write the correct "starch food 300064" on the right, and then stamp it as required. When stamping, be careful not to cover the correct words.
