B "Peanut" oil (note the quotation marks, not peanut oil)
According to Article 11 of the Trademark Law, the following signs shall not be registered as trademarks:
(1) Only the general name, graphics, and model of the product;
(2) Only the quality, main raw materials, functions, uses, weight, quantity, and other characteristics of the product are directly expressed;
p>
(3) Lack of distinctive features.
Clearly violating the provisions of Article 11, Paragraph 2, it only represents the raw material of the product. "Peanut" as a trademark for oil products will make people mistakenly think that the raw material of the oil is peanut.
