Gaoyou Lake hairy crabs are large, tender, delicious and nutritious. Gaoyou Lake hairy crabs have five major characteristics: green back, bright belly, golden claws, creamy red, and strong fishy smell. The muscles of the rear crab feet and legs have good elasticity and taste firm. The crab paste is fat, fat, fragrant, tender, sweet and delicious.
