6.2. It cannot be used as a component of trademark registration
6.2. 1. 6.2.12. A mark consisting only of a three-dimensional shape indicating the function of the product or the outer packaging of the product.
6.2.13. A mark consisting of the geographical name of a member state of the World Trade Organization, or a mark containing the geographical name of the place of origin of wine/liquor, used on wine/liquor or similar goods.
6.2. 14. A mark that consists only of the common name of the product and is expressed in a common way.

6.2.16. Merely indicating the source, quality, raw materials, efficacy, purpose, quantity, shape (including outer packaging shape), price, manufacturing, processing or use methods or time of the goods in a common way logo.
