At what stage can a trademark be used?
When the exclusive right to use a trademark is not obtained, others can use it. Only after the trademark application is authorized, does it have the exclusive right. The use of a trademark includes not only the real use of the trademark registrant himself, but also the authorization of others to use the trademark by means of trademark use license, that is, the act of others being authorized to use the registrant's trademark is regarded as the use of the trademark registrant himself. In commercial operation, the use of trademarks involves all links from commodity manufacturing to commodity sales, including the primary stage of manufacturing products, such as the production of raw materials, the processing and selection of products, and the molding stage of transforming products into commodities, such as repackaging (decoration), warehousing, transportation and sales.
