Internet brand naming is a scam
There is a merchant on Tmall, and its fraud steps are: 1. "Naming Huawei Mobile Phone Universal" makes consumers mistakenly believe that it is the Huawei brand. Buy with confidence. 2. On the day of delivery, ask the buyer to cooperate in returning a very small amount of freight and get a "Refund Successful" pop-up window. 3. After receiving the goods, the buyer finds that it is not a Huawei brand and requests a refund but cannot find the relevant click point. There is no return address and he cannot pick it up at home. After negotiating with the merchant, it still couldn't be done, so the merchant "kindly" refused to refund and asked the buyer to refresh the page. After refreshing, the buyer had no choice but to ask for official intervention. But the return address cannot be found and no evidence can be provided. 5. The transaction is closed and "Refund Successful" is displayed. Only then does the merchant send the return address. 6. If the buyer returns the product and there is no place to provide evidence, who will do it? Are you going to send it back? This leaves the buyer with nowhere to redress his grievances.
