Did you check into Tmall yourself? As far as I know, a trademark certificate is required to register a trademark. Since you have a registration certificate and a trademark certificate, you do not need a trademark. There is a category of registration on Tmall that does not require a trademark.

It’s amazing how fast a typical trademark office can handle this! I only know that there is a trademark registration certificate that can be reissued, but there is usually no proof of trademark change!
