1, objection review defense is the legal right given to the parties by the Trademark Law, and it is also the only way for the parties to refute the opinions of the applicant for objection review to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board (Article 3 1 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Trademark Law:

After accepting an application for trademark review, the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board shall promptly send a copy of the application to the other party, and shall give a reply within 30 days from the date of receiving the copy of the application.

2. If the trademark is reviewed by objection, giving up the defense will directly face the risk that the trademark will not be approved for registration.

3. After the trademark is challenged by others, the failure to reply undoubtedly increases the chances of the other party's success, and the reply undoubtedly increases our chances of success.
