Give full play to the scientific and technological advantages of agricultural parks, examine agriculture from the perspective of high-tech zones, plan agriculture with the idea of grasping industry, and work hard on the combination of rural economy and modern agricultural high-tech parks to promote the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. Highlighting scientific and technological demonstrations, giving financial subsidies to the district, and vigorously promoting the construction of industrial bases, four characteristic industries, namely, pollution-free vegetables, flowers, high-quality fruit trees and animal husbandry, have been built; Key support has been given to agricultural leading enterprises such as Wangzhu Vegetable and Fruit Wholesale Market, Huangfu Dairy, Tianli Dried Fruit and Red Mill Food, which greatly enhanced the leading role of agricultural leading enterprises; Vigorously implement the brand strategy of agricultural products, and four vegetable varieties of eggplant, tomato, cucumber and zucchini have been recognized as pollution-free by the Ministry of Agriculture. Three vegetable trademark brands, namely "Chengnong", "Shenglong" and "Junli", have been registered. The pollution-free vegetables in Puyang High-tech Zone have become inspection-free agricultural products in large and medium-sized cities such as Beijing, and the sales volume of zucchini accounts for 7% of the Beijing market.
