1, whisky for 30 years
Suntory's Hibiki is one of the most popular whisky brands in Japan. It has won more international awards than any other Japanese whisky, including the winners of the International Spirits Challenge in 2004, 2006 and 2008, including the coveted "World's Best Blended Whiskey" in the 2007 and 2008 World Whiskey Awards.
Like other 30-year-old whiskies, it is not cheap, but it is worth it. It has various flavors, including almond fudge, orange jam, nutmeg, apricot jam, quinine, chamomile and many others. In my opinion, this is a perfect fusion.
2. Yamazaki whisky 18.
Yamazaki whisky continued to win prizes in international competitions in 2008+08, and was named the world's best whisky in 20 15 by Jim Murray, a famous whisky expert. Yamazaki whisky is so popular. Yamazaki whisky is rich in nut oil and has a floral fragrance. The taste is soft, slightly sweet and the aftertaste is moderate.
3.white state whisky
Although Baizhou is also a single malt, it is completely different from Yamazaki's style. Rice congee highlights the texture of cream, the aroma of flowers and tropical fruits, the refreshing, sour and sweet taste of green apples and cucumbers, and the faint smell of smoke. The overall style is elegant and refreshing, and it is known as the "son of the forest".
