Trademark change and transfer
My company’s registered trademark certificate 18126436 has not been printed and received. The company has just changed its registered address and now wants to transfer it to another company.
Excuse me, can I transfer a trademark without getting the certificate?
Can I transfer directly after the address is changed, or do I have to change it first and then transfer?
If transfer is possible, will the certificate be issued as usual during this period? Which mailing address will be used?
Can we handle it directly ourselves, or does it have to be done by an agency?
The change application and the transfer application can be submitted at the same time, and the applicant can handle it directly. During this period, the trademark registration, change, and transfer will be reviewed in accordance with the Trademark Law and review standards. After the transfer or change application is approved, documents will be issued based on the information after approval. If the application is not approved or before approval, documents will still be issued based on the previous information.
