One is named after the Sanguan Temple in the north of Zhenbei. Sanguan Temple is called the Great Temple by local people, and there are "heavenly officials, local officials and water officials" in the temple. According to folklore, God bless the people is called the "Three Officials Hall" because local officials forgive sins and the function of water relieves Eritrea.
Second, historically, the four streets in the town once belonged to Yuhua, Gucheng and Zhou Jun counties. Guanhe Street in Guanghua County (now laohekou city), Guanxia Street in Gucheng County and Guanzhong Street in Zhou Jun (now danjiangkou city). The three counties are bounded by the ancient well in the center of Cross Street. The ancient well is covered with a huge stone disc with three round holes, the size of which can only be filled with buckets to draw water up and down, so as to prevent the human body from slipping down the well and ensure the safety of drawing water and passing pedestrians. The rope marks worn by the water rope tied to the wellhead are more than three inches deep, which shows the ancient and vicissitudes of this well. Nowadays, every Spring Festival, the local people go to the well to fetch water. Without exception, they light three sticks of incense and set off a small whip to show their love. It is this ancient well that left a criticism for future generations. To put it bluntly, the "three official halls" really don't care. According to legend, one day in ancient times, someone was killed by a well near Guanghua. Guanghua county magistrate kicked the body to Jun county side, Jun county magistrate pushed the body to Gucheng territory according to gourd painting gourd ladle, Gucheng county magistrate turned the body back to its original place, making the body rot and stink. The people complained everywhere about this, forcing the three county magistrates to jointly decide the case. Three county magistrates came to the well to argue, saying that they didn't manage well, and finally unanimously pushed the responsibility to the well. People think that if it weren't for this well, the deceased might have escaped, and it is concluded that this well belongs to the ancient city. (Note: 1958 version of Sanguan Temple on Hubei map belongs to Gucheng County. Although the case was ridiculous, no one appealed because the deceased was a distant relative. However, the three county magistrates thought they had solved an eternal mystery and forced the people to build a temple for them by the well. The temple was called Sanguan Hall.
