The materials to be prepared include: the application for trademark renewal registration, the applicant's identity certificate (photocopy), the power of attorney submitted by the entrusted agent, and the photocopy of the registration certificate. If the application document is in a foreign language, a Chinese translation signed and confirmed by the translation agency is required. Where a registered trademark needs to be used continuously after the expiration of its term of validity, the trademark registrant shall go through the renewal procedures in accordance with the provisions within 12 months before the expiration; If it has not been handled during this period, it can be extended for six months.
