Wang Jiangping introduced that in recent years, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce has mainly carried out the following work: First, in accordance with the principles of reform and innovation, streamlining administration and delegating power, combining delegation and regulation, and optimizing services, the relevant trademark procedures have been simplified. Comprehensively improve the facilitation level of trademark registration and expand the channels for trademark transfer applications. Currently, 16 local trademark registration application acceptance windows have been established across the country, and a trademark review collaboration center outside Beijing has been established to shorten the review cycle and lay the foundation for the realization of brand value.

Second, use informatization to promote the diversification of trademark supervision, innovate supervision methods and methods, and strengthen supervision and law enforcement. Third, use strategies to promote brand socialization and strive to broaden the channels for brand value realization. At present, 28 acceptance points for registration applications for exclusive rights to registered trademarks have been established in 24 provinces and autonomous regions across the country to help solve the problem of difficult and expensive financing for enterprises. At the same time, trademark and brand service agencies are encouraged to continuously improve their service levels and support social research institutions to carry out trademark research. Fourth, strive to promote trademark internationalization. Actively support Chinese enterprises and Chinese brands to go global, continuously strengthen the publicity and training of the Madrid international trademark registration system, guide Chinese enterprises to actively handle international trademark registration through the Madrid system, seize the opportunity in international competition, and expand the international reputation of Chinese brands. Wang Jiangping said that currently, the number of trademark applications in our country has reached 21.37 million, the cumulative number of registrations has exceeded 14 million, and the effective registration rate has reached 12 million trademarks. At the same time, the brand value has also continued to increase. , is making great strides towards becoming a brand power. In the list of the top 100 most valuable global brands published by the Global Brand Consulting Company, 15 Chinese companies were on the list this year. At the same time, it should also be noted that my country does not have many global economic brands, the ability of brands to create economic benefits is not strong enough, and the awareness of independent brands to open up the international market is not high enough.
