"Four measures" to promote industrial development

First, vigorously cultivate industry leaders. By striving for and providing special funds for grain technological transformation, dynamic reserve and deep processing, we will encourage and support a number of enterprises with large scale, strong strength, high technology content and full utilization of resources that meet the requirements of new industrialization development to become bigger and stronger and become industry leaders.

The second is to build a well-known brand. After Jin Jian and Yu Xiang won the "China Famous Trademark" and Chen Keming Noodle won the China Famous Trademark, Hunan Grain System further implemented resource integration and built a more resounding brand. In 2007, Longping Rice Industry Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. was established by listed companies such as Longping Hi-Tech and Xianing Grain Depot. Combining the advantages of scientific and technological breeding, reserve processing, professional marketing and capital operation, through one-stop operation from seed production, planting to product listing, the brand of "Longping Miyi China Inter Milan" will be built.

The third is to improve the modern market system. Modern grain market is not only an indispensable part of grain industry, but also an extremely important platform to promote industrial development. While vigorously developing the spot market, Hunan Province established a grain e-commerce platform, and successfully obtained the approval of rapeseed oil futures delivery warehouse and early indica rice futures delivery warehouse. Changsha National Grain Trading Center under construction includes seven functional areas: trading building, grain turnover storage, railway and third-party logistics market, finished grain trading market, fine grain processing, supermarket direct distribution center and comprehensive service center. Based on efficient e-commerce system and perfect logistics facilities, it integrates e-commerce, spot trading, futures trading, price formation, information release and financial settlement.

The fourth is to accelerate the development of modern logistics. Logistics is one of the bottlenecks restricting the development of grain industry in Hunan Province. Hunan Grain Bureau makes full use of the advantages of resources, location, policies, network and talents to build a modern grain logistics system marked by Hunan Modern Grain Logistics Park, which promotes the great integration of resources, the great concentration of logistics, the great improvement of benefits and the great development of industry. In addition, the modern grain logistics plan of Hunan Province has been formulated to guide the grain system in Hunan Province to speed up the logistics construction. In 2008, there were 27 projects under construction, with a planned total investment of 565.438+300 million yuan, which was the most effective year in the history of grain logistics construction in Hunan Province. Hunan Modern Grain Logistics Park under construction consists of Hunan Grain Center Wholesale Market, Changsha Jinxia Grain Logistics Park and Xianing National Grain Reserve. It includes special railways and modern deep-water docks. After the park is completed, it will become a barometer reflecting the changes in the national grain market and an important distribution center for national grain and oil products.
