(5) Handle relevant laws such as enterprise industrial and commercial registration, trademark registration, patent application affairs;
(6) Accept the entrustment of the legal representative of the enterprise and represent the enterprise in litigation and non-litigation activities;
(7) In a joint-stock company whose stocks are listed overseas, Appointed by the board of directors as the secretary of the board of directors;
(8) Carry out legal consultation related to the production and operation of the enterprise;
