The application procedure of Zhuhai Quality Project Award:
(1) The application time of Zhuhai Quality Project is to send the application materials in March every year (the specific time is subject to the notice of that year);
(2) The construction enterprise that intends to declare the municipal high-quality project shall submit relevant materials to the municipal construction industry association according to the requirements of the municipal high-quality project data review;
(3) After the application materials submitted by the applicant have passed the preliminary examination, the Municipal Construction Industry Association will notify the applicant to submit engineering and technical materials, and arrange the on-site physical inspection time.
Contents of materials to be examined in applying for Zhuhai Quality Project Award:
(1) Zhuhai Quality Project Application Form in duplicate, bound independently;
(2) A copy of the Project Application Report and Reply;
(3) a copy of the letter of acceptance;
(4) A copy of the Construction Contract (including the subcontracting contract of the contractors), the Supervision Contract, the Project Manager Certificate or the Construction Engineer Registration Certificate and the Supervision Engineer Post Certificate;
(5) A copy of the Construction Permit;
(6) A copy of the Record Form for Project Completion Acceptance;
(7) a copy of the supervision unit's evaluation report on project quality;
(8) A copy of the Project Completion Acceptance Report;
(9) a copy of the fire control acceptance document;
(1) a copy of the planning acceptance certificate;
(11) a copy of the construction safety evaluation book;
(12) Zhuhai city construction engineering structure acceptance registration form;
(13) Ten photos reflecting the general situation and quality of the project; As well as PPT or DV files to reflect the construction and quality of the project report materials;
(14) For residential projects, a valid house quality return visit questionnaire must be submitted, which is not less than 8% of the total number of households.
Requirements for applying for the information of Zhuhai Quality Engineering Award:
(1) The information shall be bound into a book and a catalogue shall be compiled;
(2) The application materials must be accurate and true, and the documents, certificates and seals provided must be clear and easy to identify;
(3) if there is a copy of the application materials, the urban construction archives shall check the original materials and affix a seal on the copy to confirm that it is consistent with the original.
