2. 1. Strict annual report submission. Recognized technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises must follow the requirements of the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Statistical Survey Notice and submit a development report for the previous year through the "Enterprise R&D Service Online" on time every year. The Provincial Department of Science and Technology will cancel the qualification of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises if they fail to submit a development report for two consecutive years.
