Legal analysis: 1. The applicant submits an application for international registration to the domestic trademark office;
2. The domestic trademark office transfers the international registration application to the WIPO International Bureau;
3. After receiving the application, the International Bureau of WIPO will issue a trademark international registration certificate to the applicant and transfer the application to each designated country;
4. After receiving the application, the designated country will conduct substantive review of the application. Review and decide within 12 to 18 months whether to accept its request for trademark protection. If it is not rejected at the end of the period, it means that the trademark is automatically protected in the designated country.

Article 23 The validity period of a registered trademark is ten years, calculated from the date of approval of registration.
Article 24 If a registered trademark expires and needs to be continued to be used, an application for renewal of registration shall be made within six months before expiration; if the application is not made during this period, a six-month period may be granted of extension period. If an application has not been made before the extension period expires, the registered trademark will be cancelled. Each renewal of registration is valid for ten years. After the registration renewal is approved, it will be announced.
