Trademark transfer process:

First, the trademark transferor and transferee need to apply to the Trademark Office for registered trademark transfer;

Second, the Trademark Office receives After applying for trademark transfer, a detailed review will be conducted to see if there are any problems with the trademark transfer to verify the trademark transferee.
