5. If the name of the registrant has been changed, the original certificate of name change issued by the registration authority shall be submitted;
6. If the trademark has been transferred, the trademark transfer approval certificate issued by the Trademark Office shall be submitted.
(2) If the registrant is a natural person, the following materials shall be submitted:
1. Notice of obtaining trademark registration certificate; If the Notice of Obtaining a Trademark Registration Certificate is not received, the trademark registration number and issue number of the trademark registration announcement shall be provided;
2. If the registrant collects it by himself, he shall submit his ID card and a copy (the original shall be returned after comparison); If you entrust others to collect it on your behalf, you must submit a copy of your ID card, power of attorney, ID card of the recipient and a copy (the original is returned after comparison) signed by the registrant;
3. If the name of the registrant has been changed, the original certificate of name change issued by the registration authority shall be submitted;
4. If the trademark has been transferred, the trademark transfer approval certificate issued by the Trademark Office shall be submitted.

According to Article 40 of the Trademark Law and Article 33 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Trademark Law, the validity period of a registered trademark is ten years. Where it is necessary to continue to use a registered trademark after the expiration of its term of validity, it shall go through the renewal procedures in accordance with the regulations before the expiration 12 months. If it cannot be done within this period, it can be renewed within a grace period of six months after the expiration, but a late fee for renewal registration must be paid. If no application for renewal is filed at the expiration of the extension period, the Trademark Office will cancel the registered trademark.
