>Introduction to Feng Xiaoning: In 1976, 19-year-old Feng Xiaoning entered the Maotai Distillery and learned the blending of Maotai-flavor liquor from Li Xingfa, the famous "blending master" in Maotai Town and the father of Maotai liquor. He was also the former chief engineer of the Maotai Distillery Ji Keliang Brothers and sisters from the same school. Master Li Xingfa said that she had a very high level of understanding, and she did not disappoint him. She quickly learned the complex techniques in the brewing process of Moutai, and became Li Xingfa's most proud and close disciple. During his work, he worked with the National Atomic Energy Research Institute, Guizhou Academy of Sciences, Sichuan University, and Guizhou Qinggong Research Institute to undertake experimental projects on blending and aging of Moutai liquor.
After more than 40 years in the industry, Feng Xiaoning has been adhering to the spirit of improving products from 99% to 99.99% and inheriting Moutai's craftsmanship spirit. He has been successively hired by Guizhou Provincial Department of Light Industry, Guizhou Provincial Food Industry Association, Guizhou Provincial Renhuai Municipal People's Government, and Renhuai Liquor Association as a tasting engineer, liquor judge, and Maotai-flavor liquor evaluation and certification expert database expert.
