The licensor shall supervise the quality of the goods in which the licensee uses its registered trademark. A trademark licensing contract shall be reported to the Trademark Office for the record. Therefore, in order to legally use the other party's trademark, it is necessary to sign a trademark license contract with the other company and file it with the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
