Trademark of the branch company
A branch company does not have legal person status, and the trademark it holds is not owned by the branch company, but is held by the head office, so the revocation of the branch company does not affect the ownership of the trademark. If the head office is revoked, the enterprise (including branches) needs to be liquidated, and the trademark can be transferred, sold or sold off. If it is not handled, the trademark ownership will disappear with the liquidation and revocation of the enterprise.
