Printed matter includes publications, packaging and decoration printed matter and other printed matter (see attached definition), so the printing license also includes the printing license of publications, packaging and decoration printed matter and other printed matter.
Engaged in the printing activities of publications, packaging and decoration printed matter without a license, according to the provisions of Article 39 and Article 40 of the Regulations on the Administration of Printing Industry, the punishment is generally (1) ordered to stop production and business; (two) confiscation of printed matter and illegal income; (3) impose a fine of more than 2 times 10 times the total price of printed matter.
For those who engage in printing activities without obtaining other printed matter licenses, the Regulations on the Administration of Printing Industry does not specify the punishment results, but only generally stipulates that relevant laws and regulations shall be applied according to specific printed matter.
Annex: Definitions of publications, packaging and decoration printed matter and other printed matter:
1. publications, including newspapers, periodicals, books, maps, New Year pictures, pictures, calendars, picture albums, audio-visual products, binding covers of electronic publications, etc.
2 packaging and decoration printed matter, including trademark identification, color packaging boxes (bags), paper packaging supplies, tin cans, advertising materials with the content of introducing products, etc.
3 other printed materials, including documents, materials, charts, tickets, business cards, etc.
