Those trademarks are trademarks of specific colors.
When applying for a registered trademark, no color (i.e. black and white trademark) is specified. The law does not prohibit the use of colors in actual use, but it does not protect colors. However, if a trademark with a specified color is registered and the specified color is changed when it is used, it is an act of changing the registered trademark by itself, and the administrative department for industry and commerce may order it to make corrections within a time limit until it is reported to the Trademark Office to cancel the registered trademark.
