1. If the electric vehicle battery loses water, pry open the upper cover of the electric vehicle battery and inject distilled water into the battery from the exhaust hole through the dropper. Pay attention to the principle of "less but not more" when injecting distilled water.

2. If the positive plate of the electric vehicle battery softens: after the electric vehicle battery is discharged to 10.5V, it is deeply discharged with a light bulb for 1-5 hours, and then activated and repaired with an activator.

3. If the battery of the electric vehicle is short-circuited, you can punch the water battery and take out the short-circuited lead powder. The battery of electric vehicle will make the positive and negative poles short-circuit quickly and burn out the short-circuit part.

4. There is an open circuit in the battery of the electric vehicle: 100A detects that the battery voltage is 0V. Use a single measurement method, use a multimeter to measure the open circuit, and then solve the problem by welding.

5. If the battery of the electric vehicle expands, just repair the corresponding battery. If the expansion battery can't be repaired, it is recommended to directly replace it with a new battery.
