Five elements of successful trademark application:
I. Determination of trademark categories
Trademark application must first determine the trademark category, that is, the product or service category involved in the trademark. According to the Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), trademarks are divided into 45 categories, and trademark applicants need to determine the trademark categories according to their own conditions.

The scope of trademark application refers to the scope of products or services that the trademark applicant wishes to apply for protection. The scope of trademark application shall not exceed the trademark category, otherwise the trademark application will be rejected.
Three. Trademark graphic design
Trademark graphic design refers to the trademark graphic designed by the trademark applicant according to his own situation, combined with the trademark category and the scope of trademark application. The design requirements of trademark graphics are: trademark graphics should be creative, not the same as or similar to existing trademark graphics, and not in violation of national laws and regulations.
Four. Trademark application materials
Trademark application materials refer to the trademark application, trademark graphics, applicant's identity certificate and other materials submitted by the applicant. Trademark application materials should be accurate and complete, otherwise it will affect the probability of successful trademark application.
