Silicon embossed silicone used to be directly bonded to the cloth using condensation silicone. At present, due to factors such as exports and high environmental protection requirements, the additive liquid silicone embossing process is adopted, which is bonded to the fabric under the action of hot vulcanized glue. The bonded clothes and cloth have a higher environmental protection level.

There are two common types of silicone glue for bonding embossed silicone.

① When the silicone is not formed, apply silicone glue and TPU hot melt. The liquid silicone + glue-coated TPU film and fabric are hot vulcanized together in the embossing machine.

② Silk-print silicone glue on the formed silicone embossing. After drying, it is heated to about 140°C in an embossing machine and then vulcanized with the fabric for secondary molding.
