Development History

1984 - Shanghai Sanling Electrical Appliance Factory, the predecessor of Shenhua, was established. In the early days of its establishment, Sanling Factory took "Information Spirit, Quality Spirit, and Efficiency Spirit" as its purpose.

1991——"Shenhua Brand" was included in Shanghai's trademark work focus.

1992——The Municipal Economic Commission and relevant departments jointly studied and decided that Shenhua should adopt the policy of diversified operations, with the home appliance industry as the main body and the sports industry and education industry as the auxiliary group enterprise development model.
