Half a year later, the factory was built, the equipment arrived and the formula was available. On October 9, 1998, "Longsao Food" Co., Ltd. was formally established. Unexpectedly, the subsequent trial production failed. The produced rice noodles turned out to be mushy, with no sample and no taste.

After numerous experiments, he accumulated a reasonable proportion of instant rice noodles formula bit by bit and reformed the production technology of instant rice noodles. In May 1999, the delicious Longsao brand instant rice noodles were finally developed successfully. In July of the same year, Longsao Food launched Longsao brand instant rice noodles with the help of the East-West Trade Fair held in Xi 'an, and successfully opened up the first market of Longsao Food. Based on Xi 'an market, "Longsao brand instant rice noodles" quickly radiated to the northwest region, and then became popular in the north and south of the country.

At the same time of product breakthrough, Longsao people who dare to try and break new ground creatively improved the wet production process of convenience food into dry production, which not only reduced the waste of raw materials, but also greatly improved the nutritional components of convenience food. "Longsao Food" has also successfully developed the first fully automatic instant rice noodle production line in China, realizing automatic forming, automatic drying and automatic packaging of instant rice noodles. At present, this production line and related technologies have successfully applied for three national patents.
