Identifying the authenticity of "Spalding" basketballs
Since 2004, the Chinese characters on the trademark used by Spalding have been removed to align with international products. Clear letterpress printing is added to the trademark, and four raised three-dimensional trademarks are added to both sides of the basketball and at the intersection of Heijingou, making it easier for consumers to identify the genuine product from the characteristics of the printing and the three-dimensional trademark.
When you purchase a Spalding/Spalding basketball, you will find a folded instruction manual in the plastic packaging bag. There is a 2.5cmX1.5cm sticker on the back of the instruction manual. (Note: The back of this sticker is black). Scratch off the password covering layer of the sticker. You will see a 16-digit digital string. Please keep it. This 16-digit number string is unique and has no duplicate numbers. Each genuine Spalding/Spalding basketball has its own unique 16-digit identification number. This number contains the material, model, value, date of manufacture, dealer and other information of the basketball.
On both ends of the ball, where the most pimps are, there should be 4 English spellings of Spalding printed on each end. If it is, it is true; if it is not, it is false.
